Return & Refund Policy – Gatex Store

At Gatex Store, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we love creating it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- You may request a return or exchange only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at info@gatexstore.com with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery that has been worn, customized orders, or items purchased on final sale/clearance.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team within 24 Hours of delivery.
- Share proof of damage/defect for verification.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to ship the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged).
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees, COD charges, and gift wrapping (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If eligible, you may exchange the product for the same item (replacement) or choose another product of equal value.
- Exchange shipping charges may apply.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
